General conditions of your stay at the hotel
Rooms: rooms are available from 2pm and have to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
Reservations: reservations aren’t considered definite until payment of a deposit and confirmation of credit card.
Cancellations: 48 hours before the stay for individuals, or 7 days before the stay for groups. For every cancellation or no-show, the amount in respect of the first night’s stay will be charged.
Arrivals: in the week between 2 and 9pm, Sundays and bank holidays between 2 and 9pm. In the event of late arrival, please forewarn reception.
